Our clients made a deal with each other. They'd each choose their top 3 inspiration homes without showing the other. If they seemed to be on the same page, they'd buy land and build a house. If not, they'd stay where they were and invest in a vacation home. This home was in both of their top 3, so they got to work and started hunting for land to build their mutual dream home. We met our clients during the land acquisition phase when they reached out for advice regarding whether the land was suitable to build on. We were honored when we were hired to design and build the home.

Planning was key for this large-scale project and having clients who fully appreciated and trusted our process helped keep things running smoothly. We worked closely with them during the design phase, redesigning and fine tuning every space, until we reached the perfect design. Our custom-tailored process provided a well thought out plan giving us the ability to successfully execute the project when it was time to build. The result is a gorgeous, Modern Farmhouse-style home, situated atop a hill overlooking picturesque views of the surrounding farmland and a happy family to enjoy them. 

After starting the design process with another construction company who was not working with their budget in mind, the clients contacted us for a fresh start. Working quickly to recover precious time lost, our design team was able to create a design plan in line with the client’s vision and their budget.

The original plan to transform the existing structure was reevaluated after concern regarding the discovery of a musty, water-logged basement. Keeping the existing design, the team went back to work to create a plan to build a brand new structure. This ultimately allowed us to make the multi-level living space everything the client had envisioned, including higher ceiling heights and a more energy efficient space.

Our design and production teams worked closely during this project as they executed several unique design elements by incorporating various construction materials. The finished product is a stunning display of craftsmanship and collaboration among the client and our design and production teams.
