Donald Hahnenkratt

Project Manager

With over 15 years in the construction and home building industry, Donald brings unmatched experience and dedication to every project. He has managed builds for leading companies such as Hayden Homes, DR Horton, and Anthem Pacific, overseeing the construction of nearly 100 homes, including six showcased in the prestigious Parade of Homes.

Before entering residential construction, Donald served as a Senior Operations Coordinator on government contracts for the Department of Defense, where he managed operations, maintenance, and logistics across the Middle East. That background instilled in him a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership skills that now guide his approach to building homes.

A proud father to a 12-year-old daughter, Donald has called the Pacific Northwest home for the past 20 years. His blend of professional expertise and personal commitment ensures every Safehaven Homes project is built with precision, integrity, and care.
