Safe Haven Homes & Design
Havenwood
Athol, North Idaho
Havenwood began as a full custom design we developed for the client — a home imagined entirely around the way they wanted to live. When we presented it to them, it was more than they had ever dreamed of, and it became the perfect addition to their lifestyle. Built on a wooded acreage in Athol, it carries ten-foot ceilings, nine-foot solid Alder doors, warm knotty-alder millwork, stacked-stone fireplaces, quartz counters and high-end appliances throughout, paired with a large insulated shop built to the very same standard as the home.
A rancher in the pines.
Warm, rustic, made to gather.
A quiet retreat of its own.
Every room, considered.
Built to the same standard as the home.
Room to work, room to grow.
“The build took just over six months, and the quality stands out. Our dream home turned out even better than we expected.”
