Rathdrum sits on the prairie northwest of Coeur d’Alene, with Twin Lakes and the hills just beyond it. On acreage a shop usually arrives in the same conversation as the house — boats, trailers, equipment, a real workbench, somewhere to put the RV that is not the driveway.
