Athol sits at the doorstep of Farragut State Park and the south end of Lake Pend Oreille — 4,000 acres of park, beaches, and trails, plus some of the best boating and fishing in the Northwest. Silverwood, the Panhandle’s theme park, is right in town.

Building in Athol means working with wells, septic systems, and Kootenai County permitting — and doing right by North Idaho winters.
